“ Phenomenal meal - every dish was absolutely delicious. My personal favorites were the pastelon and pika pika (so creamy!), although the vegan paella was also quite good. Portions were fairly large - next time, I'll probably just order 1 dish per person. Our server was very attentive, and it was easy to enforce social distancing on the lovely backyard patio space. Somebody get this place on the Bib Gourmand list! 5/5 for all aspects of the meal, I'll definitely return. ”
“ Went here with friends and had the Pollo Con Tajadas with oyster mushrooms instead of chicken to make it vegan, so good. Highly recommended for a healthier option even if you're not vegan. Tasted like fried chicken. Good portion size. Def will return! ”
“ Best Vegan Food in Chicago! So many non vegan items too for the ones who are not vegan. I dine here often. Friendly staff and great sexy atmosphere! Delicious! ”
“ This is more than just a place that serves food, this is a whole dining experience. They have the most amazing brunch I've ever had. Every single item, down to the drinks was wonderful. They do every thing with intention, including presentation. I can't wait to come back. ”
“ Delicious brunch options. Nice natural lighting. Limited seating and no reservations so expect a potential wait! We waited 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Service was a bit slow, but the food itself made up for it. Would come back to try other dishes! ”
“ We made a special trip out to this place, and it was phenomenal. It’s a Latin fusion restaurant, particularly focusing on Honduran and Puerto Rican cuisine. It’s BYOB. We ordered the Machuca and Pollo Con Tajadas, and both were well designed and amazing. Machuca is a Mofongo with fish and shrimp. It was my first time having Mofongo, and it absolutely raised the standard. The coconut sauce is a great hit—I could really lick the plate clean. The fried chicken is drizzled with garlic sauce, and the salsa and cabbage add extra texture to the dish. I would highly recommend this place for dinner. ”
“ Solid Latin style breakfast/brunch. Everything was fantastic made with quality ingredients. We ordered the skillet with plantains and ham. Super good! Lots of micro greens and plenty of sauce. The mixed veggie side was great. You could tell these were fresh in season veggies cooked to perfection. The cafe con leche was strong, tasty and on point. If you are looking for a tasty brunch without the crammed annoyance of most other Latin brunch spots on a weekend, this is your joint. Same quality with less elbow rubbing. The restaurant itself is kinda hidden right off of Logan boulevard. It's the kinda place you could easily pass over. The dining area was very laid back, cozy, modern and spacious. No issue with space. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and kind. We had no issue with waiting to order out receiving our check. If you are looking for a chill spot to get a Latin fusion style breakfast, definitely check this spot out. A true hidden gem. ”
“ Very very yummy latin fusion food. The small space the restaurant occupies feels intimate and lends to the specific charm of the restaurant. The waiters were very polite and provided great service. The main draw to this place would however be the absolutely delicious Latino food. This place offers a lot of great vegan options, that are actually pretty yummy. I am not vegan, in fact I love meat and animal products but some of the vegan options here are very delicious even as a meat eater. I reccomend the mofongo, super filling and delicious plantain with great tasting pork. The coconut flan was also to die for. 10/10 would reccomend if you want tk try some great traditional Puerto rican food. ”
